THE CLAIMS PROCESS

STEP 1:   Consultation / Inspection of loss

We start by filing your claim with your insurance company after we evaluate your damage. If you got offered way to little or you have a denied claim, we will reopen your claim.

 

 

STEP 2:   Damage Estimation

 

Our estimators will scope and write a fair and complete value for your loss, typically using industry standard and trusted Xactimate software. (Accepted by most credible insurance companies)

STEP 3:   Inspection / Re-inspection of your loss with one of our team (your team), and      the insurance company adjuster / representative

Within 90 days from the date a claim is filed, your insurance company is obligated to choose to pay or deny the claim. We meet with your insurance company's adjusters, and ensure all information is conveyed in a clear manner. This familiarity with property claims handling combined with training and experience, typically yields fast & fortuitous results for our clients. Over the years, we have found that many claims get "stuck" because of a lack of consistent information through the claim process, which causes confusion. We strive to dispel confusion if already created, and ensure we don't create any if we initiate the claim for you. *Competence without confusion closes claims PAID!

STEP 4:   Negotiation

 

We are ready to negotiate for you! Through years of experience and consistently getting clients more money on their claims, we are confident we can do the same for you! We will strive to get you a fair and agreeable settlement. 

 

STEP 5:   Get Paid

 
More money in your pocket is something that excites everyone! But getting paid in an insurance claim is about indemnification, or "being made whole" again after a loss. We strive to get our clients the right amount of insurance proceeds "the money" to restore their damages and move on with their lives, quickly and with limited effort on the part of our clients.
